We are Charbel and Lisa (top left of photo). We have a small number of rentals and run them as a family. We know all of our tenants by name and absolutely love hosting people from all over the world. We met at Ottawa U in Computer Science, so we know a thing or two about being students! The demands of exams and the importance of a quiet place to study in a safe dwelling were top of mind when we set up our properties. Aside from our Computes Science studies, Lisa is a professional clarinettist, and Charbel is a researcher in AI (Artificial Intelligence). Together, we manage our properties and divide the tasks as follows: Lisa does all of the tenant relations, showings, leases and administration, and Charbel can fix anything from ceiling to foundation, plumbing to electrics, you name it he's got you covered. And did we mention - we LOVE our job!
