The living room has a bookcase, couch that turns into a double bed, a coffee table, and a 40" flat-screen TV. The original hardwood floors have been preserved, and there is a balcony overlooking a large back yard with mature trees.

And - this one's for your parents! We are landlords who care. Unfortunately many properties are run by absentee landlords who rent their apartments unclean and with many things broken. This will never happen with us. We own a small number of rentals, know all our tenants by name, and we keep up with regular maintenance. Mom & Dad - fear not!
