The three bedrooms are set up for student roommates. Each has a bed, desk & study lamp, chair, mirror, blinds & curtains, and a built-in closet. The living room has a coffee table, a large flat-screen TV, and a couch that turns into a double bed. WiFi throughout. Original hardwood floors. Large back yard with mature trees. This would typically be the landlord`s unit, located on the ground floor.

And - this one's for your parents! We are landlords who care. Unfortunately many properties are run by absentee landlords who rent their apartments unclean and with many things broken. This will never happen with us. We own a small number of rentals, know all our tenants by name, and we keep up with regular maintenance. Mom & Dad - fear not!
